Once you sign the design agreement, our design team will meet with you to discuss your priorities, goals, and design style for your home remodel project.

We will discuss your personal design style and create renders, select finishes, and visit partner showrooms for materials and fixtures to ensure the perfect match.

After all design choices are made, we ensure everything is within budget, order materials, and schedule the construction phase, including the permit process.

We'll start with a Pre-Construction Meeting to outline logistics and expectations. Our design team will hand over all details to the construction crew, and a dedicated project manager will be your main point of contact.

You can check our client portal for instant updates on your project, as well as access to invoices, progress photos, and daily reports. This way, you'll be fully informed during every step of the process.

When we're done, we'll do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. We'll provide documentation of installed products, vendor warranties, product packets, and our 5-year warranty. We want to deliver a project you'll be proud of!
