I've never heard of a remodel that completed on time or on budget, but JDI managed to pull it off! We are extremely impressed with the end results and will be recommending JDI to anyone looking for any home remodeling or construction in the future.

I worked with Art and his team on a kitchen remodel and I am SO impressed! From the start he had such quick turnaround with being able to give a bid, and once we were ready to start construction the entire project was done in about two months - so quick considering how big this project was! We completely redid the layout of the kitchen and it looks amazing. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. So pleased with the process and the final result. Will absolutely be working with him in the future and cannot recommend him and his team enough!

Art, Paul & team have done a solid job renovating our project. Their calendaring system, photo updates and interactive communication kept us up date throughout the project. The team was responsive to questions and concerns, and fair in resolution of challenges. Two thumbs up for team JDI.

JDI Construction did a great job jumping in help us on a full kitchen remodel when we ran into challenges with another contractor.  The scope of the work was large (100 sq ft addition + all new cabinets and appliances).  They made quick and steady progress with multiple subs on site daily.  All the subs they brought in were both skilled and easy to work with.  Any questions that we had were addressed quickly and professionally by Art.  Overall, we were very happy with the quality and timeline of the project and feel that the price of the project (while not the cheapest bid) was a good value for the size and complexity.
