Understanding Client Goals and Assessing Existing Conditions
Our main goal for this remodel was to transform the bathroom into a fresh, modern space that’s easy to maintain. The clients were frustrated with their old bathroom, which was dark, outdated, and had issues with leaks.
We set out to address these problems by designing a brighter and more open room. We chose light-colored materials and installed modern fixtures to increase natural light and create a more inviting atmosphere.
Our plan was to make the bathroom feel more spacious and relaxing, like a personal spa. By focusing on both aesthetics and functionality, we aimed to provide a space that the clients would enjoy using every day.

How We Worked and What We Achieved
With a budget of $120,000 and a 3-month timeframe, we worked closely with our designer to bring the client's vision to life. We replaced outdated features with sleek, durable materials that are both practical and stylish.
The new design includes a calming color palette and contemporary elements that enhance the overall look of the space. Our team ensured every detail was carefully executed, from the choice of fixtures to the layout of the room.
The result is a beautifully remodeled bathroom that not only looks great but also meets the client's needs. The collaboration was crucial in achieving a successful transformation that exceeded the client’s expectations.
