Revamping a Cramped Kitchen
This remodel aimed to overhaul a dated and congested kitchen into a modern, open area. The clients were unhappy with their cramped layout, outdated materials, and overall dullness.
Our approach included removing a wall to create a more open feel, laying down new LVP flooring, and painting the main floor to brighten the space.
We also incorporated a custom staircase to enhance the design and functionality. By updating appliances and rewiring the electrical system, we gave the kitchen a fresh, modern look.

With a $200,000 budget and a 2.5-month timeline, the project was executed flawlessly. We focused on removing the wall and adding a support beam for structural stability, which was essential for the open concept.
