Client’s Vision and Existing Challenges
When the clients approached us, they were eager to breathe new life into their outdated home. Their main concerns centered around an old, worn-out kitchen, a bathroom that was in dire need of modernization, and the need for an additional bathroom downstairs.
The existing hardwood floors, though charming, were showing significant wear and detracted from the overall appeal of the home. Our goal was clear: to transform these tired spaces into a modern, functional home that met the family’s needs.
We've put together an exciting plan to add a bathroom downstairs, completely remodel the kitchen, update the main bathroom, and refinish the hardwood floors to bring back their original charm.

The Remodeling Process and Stunning Results
Over 3.5 months, our JDI Construction team worked hard to bring the client's dream to life. We started by adding a new bathroom downstairs to make life easier for the family.
Then, we spruced up the heart of the home—the kitchen—with modern designs, new cabinets, and top-notch appliances, creating a space that's perfect for cooking and hanging out. We also gave the main bathroom a total makeover, turning it into a relaxing spa-like retreat with updated fixtures.
And finally, the old hardwood floors—we lovingly restored them to bring warmth and beauty to the whole home. The result? It was a fabulous transformation that wowed the clients and left them absolutely thrilled with their newly remodeled home.
